Have Proficiency Based Grading Scale Available in Rubrics Instead of Numbers

Create new rubrics

I wish we could create a rubrics and save them for future use WITHOUT having to create an assignment.

Comments for each section of rubric

It would be nice to be able to give multiple comments for a student, each linked to a specific part of a rubric (if you're grading with one).
