Block students from assignments when they are absent

Sometimes students are absent during assessments. They only way I have been able to prevent them from attempting them (even if they only have 1 chance) is to post date the activity. It would be nice to have a tie in with the class list so that I could not publish the assessment to those who aren´t there so that the assessment remains secure.

Allow for teachers to "deselect" student from assignment/assessment if absent from class

Allowing the teacher the option to "deselect" the absent students will ensure that the absent student doesn't have access to the assignment prompts prior to actually taking the assessment. On other platforms..we have this option.
