Once 'Ongoing Assessment' feature is implemented we want to make sure how teachers would expect to happen if a student does not follow the flow.

There are a few ways we could go about this. If student closes or leaves the page:

1. They could be locked out of just that question with the ability to reopen the assessment on the next available question when ready. (Teacher would need to unlock the one question student was locked out of in order for student to access)

2. They could be locked out of all remaining questions until teacher chooses to unlock the entire assessment to allow the student back in.
