Option to disable a rubric criteria by student

When grading an exercise with different prompts, sometimes a component don't need to be addressed. It would be nice to have a checkbox to grey out the parameter. This way students wouldn't think it's being counted against them.

    For this request, would you want to disable a criteria for an entire question or would the ask be to disable a criteria on a student-by-student basis?
