I'm not sure if this already exists, but sometimes when students are absent it would be nice to be able to disable them from accessing the assessment.
Hi Michael! Agreed that this would be a great addition.
The current workaround for this (which I know isn't perfect) would be to edit the start date after students who were present are done submitting. While the absent students could potentially access the assessment during the window it's available to other students, by editing the start date after it would prevent absent students from accessing the assessment until the new start date hits.
The assessment will stay in the "completed" folder for students who already completed it while moving it to the "active" folder for absent students on the new start date that was set.
