Students assume their answers are correct when they see the box turn green. Then they are confused when their score isn't a 100 and they have all green boxes.
Thanks for the suggestion, Andrea! I can see where the colors could get a little confusing for students currently.
Here's what I'm thinking if/when we're able to get to this:
Correct MC question > Green
Incorrect MC question > Red
Remove Green from all other submissions while adding the score to the question card
Remove Red from locked attempts and just include a lock icon so that it doesn't conflict with an incorrect MC question.
