Change submitted answers from green to another color OR make only correct answers green

Students assume their answers are correct when they see the box turn green. Then they are confused when their score isn't a 100 and they have all green boxes.

      Thanks for the suggestion, Andrea! I can see where the colors could get a little confusing for students currently.

      Here's what I'm thinking if/when we're able to get to this:

      1. Correct MC question > Green

      2. Incorrect MC question > Red

      3. Remove Green from all other submissions while adding the score to the question card

      4. Remove Red from locked attempts and just include a lock icon so that it doesn't conflict with an incorrect MC question.
