Allow students to share their screen when recording Merged

It would be nice if students had the ability to share their screen for submissions on Extempore. In the past, we have used Screencastify to do this. Students create infographics and then they present them/record them for teachers to review.

    Dropping a note for how this could work in the future.

    1. At the question level a new Response Type for "Screen Recording"

    2. If Screen Recording is selected THEN present two options

      1. Screen Recording Only

      2. Screen Recording + Video (allowing teachers to see the students faces while they speak so teacher can see if students are reading from a script)

    We would need to ensure Navigation Warnings are disabled when "Screen Recording" is selected.
