Copy to multiple classes + schedule

When copying or importing an assessment, teachers should be able to copy it to multiple classes at once, but also schedule different start times and due dates, like in Google Classroom.

Allow giving 1/2 points instead of full points only on rubrics

Because rubrics are often limited to a smaller number of points, it makes a huge difference to be able to give 1/2 vs full points only. There are definitely times when students are in between two levels in a rubric.

Student list should be in alphabetical order by LAST name

Currently, the student roster is listed by user name, which is usually their first name. It would be so helpful if it were LAST name so I can easily record their scores without having to search for the names.

Display Question for Teachers on 'Grading' screen

Right now only the question Title and question text display for a teacher on the grading tab. This forces them to click back and forth to recall which question was being asked.
