Increase rubric point limits

When running a presentational exercise, it would be nice to be able to make a single question more than 50 points max.

Allow giving 1/2 points instead of full points only on rubrics

Because rubrics are often limited to a smaller number of points, it makes a huge difference to be able to give 1/2 vs full points only. There are definitely times when students are in between two levels in a rubric.

Adding notifcations to the app when new assignments are available, graded, or due

It would be great if students could get push notifications on their devices when assignments are made available, when feedback/grades are sent, and when assignments that haven't been completed are due soon.

'Thumbs Up' for completion

Auto close video prompt when finished
