I think it would be helpful to have a feature to see all "Question 1" submissions on one page to eliminate the clicking for each student. That way, you can be more efficient.

Option to disable a rubric criteria by student

When grading an exercise with different prompts, sometimes a component don't need to be addressed. It would be nice to have a checkbox to grey out the parameter. This way students wouldn't think it's being counted against them.

Notifying Teachers Once Student Feedback Has Been Reviewed/Allowing Students To Respond To Feedback

Teachers want to know that students have actually reviewed the feedback that has been provided for them. Better yet? Allow students to respond to the feedback provided so that the teacher/student can discuss the feedback/scoring.
